No matter how anxious and difficult you are going through, you will certainly cry, make yourself sad, stop meeting people, feel lonely and helpless, and your laughter and speech will decrease. . . But sir, in spite of all these, you have to keep in mind the five basic things, even in some corner of your heart and mind, and keep thinking about them, even if it is a little bit. . . But again and again. . .
First thing:
Do not make any other person feel compelled by your appearance or tone.
Second thing:
Your crying, sadness, anxiety, etc. should be only temporary, not thinking over and over again. . . Controlling thoughts. . .
Third thing:
Engage your mind in finding a way. . . How to get yourself out? Who can help me? Etc. etc. . Have to plan. . . Then do not sit. . . We have to work hard and put our trust in Allah.
Fourth thing:
Never give up on good morals. Treat your anger and irritability with patience and love.
Fifth thing:
Patience and positive thinking keep hope in mind because it takes some time to get out of trouble and come out easily. Second, impatience and haste increase tension and depression.
So friends, the bottom line is that most of the troubles and difficulties come to us due to our own mistakes, sins, rewards and haraam deeds and income in addition to trials by Allah. Therefore, in such situations, it is very important to have a close relationship with God. And yes, one thing is for sure, when you are out of trouble, then you must dedicate yourself to solving the problems of others. As easily and courageously as you can. Because when you fix the work of others, God Himself starts fixing your work. If you can’t believe it, give it a try
